How Our Business Operates

Sarah and Patrick Dublin operates using a direct fulfillment model. To reduce unnecessary waste, avoid overproduction, and minimize our environmental impact, we do not keep a large inventory in our own warehouse.

Many products are shipped directly from our trusted international fulfillment partners. As a result, approved returns may need to be sent to the designated return facility of the supplier from which your order was fulfilled.

Please do not return any item without first receiving return authorization from our customer support team.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The reason for your return request.

  • Any relevant photos if your request concerns damage, defects, or an incorrect item.

Return instructions and the correct return address will only be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unwashed and undamaged.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

Items may be tried on for fit but must not show signs of use.

Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance events are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect upon arrival.

Orders placed in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the order may be refused if considered excessive or inconsistent with fair consumer use.

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings and certain jewelry

  • Personal care products

This restriction does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives damaged or defective.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Customs duties or import charges, where applicable.

  • Any additional carrier fees.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information. Sarah and Patrick Dublin cannot process returns that cannot be verified as delivered.


Alternative Resolution

Because international returns can be expensive and time-consuming, we may, where appropriate, offer an alternative solution instead of requesting a physical return.

Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • A partial refund.

  • Store credit.

  • A replacement item.

  • A discount on a future purchase.

Any alternative solution will be agreed upon by both parties through written email communication.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another quality issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Your email should include:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs showing the product and the defect.

Without sufficient information or photographic evidence, we may be unable to assess your request.

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected, where a return is required.

Once your return has been approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or where the return results from our error.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take several additional business days before the refunded amount appears in your account.


Order Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment.

For this reason, an order generally cannot be cancelled once it has entered the processing stage.

Customers should not initiate a payment dispute, chargeback, or refund claim with their payment provider before first contacting our customer support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.


Delivery Responsibility

Sarah and Patrick Dublin is not responsible for parcels that are marked as successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update the information, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.
