About the Role

Are you a creative Graphic Designer with a passion for branding, digital design, and e-commerce?

Sarah & Patrick Dublin is looking for a talented designer to create visually engaging content that strengthens our brand and enhances our customers' online shopping experience.

You'll work closely with our marketing team to produce high-quality visual assets across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging website banners, landing pages, and promotional graphics.

  • Create high-quality product images and lifestyle visuals.

  • Develop creative content for social media campaigns.

  • Design email marketing materials and digital advertisements.

  • Ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on seasonal campaigns and product launches.

  • Stay up to date with current design trends and e-commerce best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (e-commerce experience is preferred).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design software.

  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • A portfolio showcasing previous design work.

Customer Support & E-commerce Specialist

Location: Remote / Hybrid

About the Role

Do you enjoy helping customers and providing excellent service?

Sarah & Patrick Dublin is looking for a motivated Customer Support & E-commerce Specialist to deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting our daily online store operations.

You will serve as one of the main points of contact for our customers and help ensure every order is handled professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and other support channels.

  • Assist customers with orders, shipping updates, returns, and product questions.

  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Support order management and administrative tasks.

  • Work closely with logistics and marketing teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Customer-focused mindset.

  • Comfortable working independently as well as within a team.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.
